Could not order the usual black trainer we usually purchase as they were not available in size 14, my husband has had two pairs of these and they fit well.
The Hi Tec trainers were described as wide fitting but did not fit and also had a rough area inside one of the shoes which caused discomfort.

Very sorry you found the fitting of the Hi Tec Velcro Trainer to be too narrow. They were not actually described as being 'Extra Wide', but more suitable for swollen feet due to easy access and adjustable fastening using the Velcro straps.
We have received your returned pair today and dispatched a replacement Wider style (As per your previous order- New Stocks have just arrived) by Courier for delivery hopefully for tomorrow for you.
