We aim to to Keep all items on the website physically in stock here on our own premises for immediate delivery, or available within 1-2 days.
We place orders with our suppliers weekly to keep our own stock topped up and readily available on day to day items such as jean etc
Where Seasonal lines have sold out, or Stock items are Temporarily Out of Stock, we aim to update the website daily to indicate this and will contact you ASP to advise of any possible delays.

Can i Return an item i do not like or does not fit? |

YES - We like to keep things as EASY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD as possible so you can Shop with Complete Confidence
- Within the UK we even pay the Cost for you using our Simple FREE RETURNS SERVICE (Excludes Sock and Underwear for Hygiene reasons)
- A PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL (UK ONLY) will be included in your parcel to allow you to return any unwanted goods , including Sale goods, Completely Free of Charge , and Fully Tracked for your Peace of mind,. Simply hand your parcel over at your your local Post Office .
- Orders sent outside the UK may be returned for a refund at Customers own cost . Please note we do not refund any shipping costs
- Simply return any items* you are not 100% Satisfied with, and request either a refund or exchange, within 28 days of purchase
- *Please note that Regret for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Underwear / Socks
- All items will be checked to ensure they are returned unworn, still have all labels intact, and
free of cigarette smoke / pet hair / stains - Please note we are be unable to refund for any items that have been worn or
returned in a condition not suitable for general re-sale
- We send out exchange items Post Free within the UK
- Sale items may be returned for any reason for a refund, but please note we do Not offer exchanges on Sale items

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX are charged at the destination country and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed. Payment is quick and easy direct to the Courier who will send an email or text with a quick link to complete payment. As Tax varies between countries and on the items ordered it is not possible or us to confirm what the import tax will be for any particular parcel
All Orders Outside of the UK are now FREE of UK VAT
20% UK Vat is removed automatically at the checkout before payment
RETURNS are accepted for any unwanted items, for a full refund.
