Delivery is Swift, Insured and Fully Tracked, and at Very Competitive rates , starting from just £20. Simply Select your Country from the drop down list at the Checkout to Confirm Actual Cost and Anticipated Delivery Times .

Returns accepted for any unwanted items, for a refund.
Please Note we do not refund Delivery Costs, or Return Postage costs.
We are unable to offer Exchanges on International Orders  - Please Place a New order through the web site

Any Import Duties and Taxes are charged at the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.

2. FREE RETURNS (UK)

 We include a pre-paid label to allow you to return any unwanted items free of charge at your local Post Office

 

  • (Excludes Underwear / Socks / Sale items/ Items purchased during Promotional offers)
Simply return any item you are not 100% Satisfied with, and request either a refund or Free exchange (UK Only).
Please note for Hygiene reason we are not permitted to accept back Underwear or socks for refund or exchange
Sale items may be returned for any reason for a refund, but regret we do offer Free returns or exchanges on Sale items, or Full price items purchased during any Promotional Sales.
Please allow up to 14 working days for funds to reach your account
Please note we cannot refund the original delivery charge paid at the time of ordering

We aim to to Keep all items in stock for immediate delivery or available within 1-2 days.
Where Seasonal lines have sold out, or Stock items are Temporarily Out of Stock, we aim to update the website daily

 
Can i Return an item i do not like or does not fit?

  • Within the UK we have a Simple FREE RETURNS SERVICE  (Conditions apply - excludes sale items)

  • A PRE-PAID RETURNS LABEL  (UK ONLY) will be included in your parcel to allow you to return any unwanted goods completely Free of Charge at your local Post Office (Excludes Underwear/Socks/Sale Items). We offer Free Fully tracked returns as standard for your peace of mind.
  • Orders sent outside the UK may be returned for a refund at Customers own cost . Please note we do not refund any shipping costs
  • Simply return any items* you are not 100% Satisfied with, and request either a refund or exchange.
  • *Please note that Regret for Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Underwear / Socks
  • All items will  be checked to ensure they are returned unworn, still have all labels intact, and
    free of cigarette smoke / pet hair / stains -  regret we are be unable to refund for any items
    returned that are  not suitable for general  re-sale
  • We send out exchange items Post Free within the UK
