No stars!!!
These slippers are supposed to be size 13 - 15 but they are barely a UK size 11.
When I tried them on my big toe was stretching the front leather.
I have already given them away to someone who wears size 11.
Please make the vendor aware of my comments and I will not be using the so called Big mens store again.

The Size 13/15 simply shows the size scale we stock of these slippers.
I don't know what size you actually need, but you only ordered size 13, which is the smallest size we keep in stock.If you had just bothered to give us a quick call or dropped us an Email about the fitting problem we could have exchanged these free of charge or refunded if you had returned the items.
We have been stocking this range for a number of years with lots of repeat orders from happy customers.We are sorry this could not have been resolved for you quickly, but if we do not know of a problem them we cannot help solve it.
